A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee is required for all rentals.
The renter must be age 21 or older and will need to sign the facility rental contract to assume all responsibility.

NR=Nonresident & Commercial/Business
*There is a $15/hour additional fee for rentals outside of normal business hours.
